Beemer Plumbing’s response to my question regarding the gas firelog connection was excellent! Both Lance and Addison arrived per scheduled time and performed several diagnostic tests on the gas connections from main gas line (basement) to the log valve turn on/off key in our living room. No issues were found! Great customer service and excellent customer care!!!
